At High Altitude Cravings, we strive to provide high-quality food and excellent service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please review our refund policy carefully.

 

 

Food & Beverage Sales

 

 

Because our food is prepared fresh and intended for immediate consumption, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or served, except in the cases outlined below.

 

 

Eligible Refunds

 

 

We may issue a refund or replacement if:

 

  • You received the incorrect item

  • Your order was missing items

  • The food was defective or unsafe to consume due to a preparation error

 

 

To be eligible, the issue must be reported at the time of purchase or immediately upon receiving your order. Proof of purchase may be required.

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or preference dissatisfaction

  • Failure to pick up an order

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or high customer volume

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

 

 

 

Online & Prepaid Orders

 

 

All online, pre-paid, or third-party platform orders are considered final once submitted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve it.

 

 

Events, Catering & Large Orders

 

 

Deposits for catering or special events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific contract.

 

 

How Refunds Are Issued

 

 

Approved refunds will be issued using the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
